After being in the area for several years I accidentally found this store. Loved it. Wish I had found it sooner. Besides lighting they have decor items, candles, tables, dressers...reasonably priced and the most incredible selection. Not just mountain items...I got 3 hanging lights for my home in San Diego. The staff was super friendly and helpful.  Easy to park. Definitely go in when you're in the village area. Great shop.

After shopping around Big Bear we found the best selection and prices at Exciting Lighting. Purchased both exterior and interior lights and ceiling fans. Shannon was great to work with and everything was available! This is the place to go for lighting in Big Bear Lake.

Went in after scouring Big Bear AND online for what I was after and not finding it, so after a failed online purchase I was determined to find something I could see in person. Went into Exciting Lighting who I did used to use for a business as well and found absolutely everything you could want.  Mostly rustic lighting but there were a few really elegant pieces as well. I was after rustic :)  I purchased a lighted pan rack and a vanity type light and so far so good, they get installed next week.  Will update after that.  Sales Associate tried very hard to save me money and Manager did save me some so thanks all!  Yay.  So happy we have at least one good lighting store (don't know of others) up here. Also prices were spot on and cheaper than some others in Big Bear who don't have a full lighting store but do décor.

Vanessa & Wess are the best! Great stuff, great store, great people! Everything in here is perfect for cabins!
